BOUNDARY REDEFINITION
Before you put in that new fence, cable car access, garage, are you sure you can locate your boundary
correctly? We may already hold survey records for or near your property. We can access those we don't have
through LandOnline and have the skills and equipment to accurately locate or replace missing
boundary pegs.

TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS (LEVELS AND CONTOURS)
Topographical surveys measure the contours of the land and identify site features such as buildings, trees
and services. We have up to date software which will assist our staff to produce top quality contoured plans
of your land. These will assist you and your architect to accurately design a new home or additions to comply
with the rules of the District Plan applicable to your area.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT APPLICATIONS AND ADVICE
We have a thorough knowledge of the area's District Plans and are specialists in preparing Resource Consent
Applications for subdivisions and Land Uses whether they comply with the rules of your District Plan or
not. And, when the going gets tough we have the staff who can take your case through to Courts as expert
witnesses if need be, although that is very rare.

LANDONLINE INFORMATION
Our survey and management staff have Digital Certificates with Land Information New Zealand, the providers
of the LandOnline system of retrieving title and survey data over the Internet. We have an expert in land
searching on our staff who is well versed in the LandOnline technology. We are happy to provide title
information on request, and within minutes!
DRIVEWAY AND DRAINAGE DESIGN
The topography in the Wellington area can provide small challenges in achieving drive on access to your
property and in routing or re-routing drainage services to your property. Our software and expertise can
provide you with all the necessary plans to obtain Council approval to your project. As-built plans of Drainage
for Council purposes can also be provided.
BUILDING SET OUTS
Your builder will be an expert in construction but is he expert in precise placement of your building on a
difficult site and detailing the extent of earthworks required? Our staff can ensure that your building is set out
in the correct position on your site, on a pile by pile basis, if necessary.
BOMA (RENTABLE AREAS)
BOMA is an acronym for the Building Owners and Managers Association who set international standards for
accurate measurement of rentable areas within buildings. Our staff are trained in BOMA methodology and will
provide you with the necessary information to BOMA standards.
SUN PATH STUDIES
Sun Path Studies are particularly useful if you have or anticipate objections to your project from local
residents/neighbours. Our sun path diagrams can be presented in a variety of ways to illustrate the passage
of the sun over your neighbours' property at given times of the year and will demonstrate the amount of
sunlight that will actually be lost if your development proceeds. Often it isn't as much as you think!
